Az Alapok El\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Burgonya:<\/strong> F\u0151zd meg a burgony\u00e1t, h\u00e1mozd meg, \u00e9s m\u00e9g melegen <strong>t\u00f6rjed \u00e1t<\/strong> (fontos, hogy ne maradjon darabos!). Hagyd langyosra h\u0171lni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9leszt\u0151:<\/strong> A langyos tejben oldd fel a cukrot, majd morzsold bele az \u00e9leszt\u0151t. Hagyd \u00e1llni 5-10 percig, am\u00edg felhabosodik (ez a kov\u00e1sz).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A T\u00e9szta \u00d6sszegy\u00far\u00e1sa<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A lisztet szit\u00e1ld egy nagy t\u00e1lba, keverd el a s\u00f3val. Add hozz\u00e1 az \u00e1tt\u00f6rt langyos burgony\u00e1t, az \u00e9leszt\u0151s tejet \u00e9s az olajat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gy\u00far\u00e1s:<\/strong> Gy\u00farj bel\u0151le sima, rugalmas t\u00e9szt\u00e1t. Ha t\u00fal l\u00e1gy, adj m\u00e9g hozz\u00e1 kev\u00e9s lisztet. J\u00f3l dolgozd ki, am\u00edg elv\u00e1lik az ed\u00e9ny fal\u00e1t\u00f3l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keleszt\u00e9s:<\/strong> Takard le a t\u00e1lat egy konyharuh\u00e1val, \u00e9s keleszd meleg helyen <strong>kb. 45-60 percig<\/strong>, am\u00edg a dupl\u00e1j\u00e1ra n\u0151.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Form\u00e1z\u00e1s \u00e9s S\u00fct\u00e9s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pihentet\u00e9s Olajban:<\/strong> Egy t\u00e1lba vagy tepsibe \u00f6nts egy r\u00e9teg olajat. A megkelt t\u00e9szt\u00e1t vedd ki, \u00e9s kisebb darabokat (kb. 10 dkg) t\u00e9pj le bel\u0151le.
