Hagyja \u00e1llni 5-10 percig, am\u00edg felhabosodik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A t\u00e9szta \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Egy nagy t\u00e1lban szit\u00e1lja \u00e1t a lisztet, keverje el benne a s\u00f3t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A zs\u00edrmorzsol\u00e1s:<\/strong> Adja hozz\u00e1 a szobah\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet\u0171 zs\u00edrt (ha haszn\u00e1l margarint\/vajat is, azt is). Morzsolja el a lisztet a zsirad\u00e9kkal, am\u00edg az zsemlemorzsaszer\u0171v\u00e9 nem v\u00e1lik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adja hozz\u00e1 a 2 eg\u00e9sz toj\u00e1st \u00e9s a felfuttatott \u00e9leszt\u0151s tejet. Ha tejf\u00f6lt is haszn\u00e1l, azt is tegye bele.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gy\u00far\u00e1s:<\/strong> Alaposan gy\u00farja \u00f6ssze a t\u00e9szt\u00e1t, am\u00edg sima, rugalmas, \u00e9s nem ragad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pihentet\u00e9s (r\u00f6vid):<\/strong> A lakodalmas perec t\u00e9szt\u00e1j\u00e1t \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban <strong>nem kelesztik<\/strong> hosszan, mint egy hagyom\u00e1nyos kelt t\u00e9szt\u00e1t.
